The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for supporting the commercial expansion of SEGUENTE and aligning the strategic initiatives to coincide with the business model. This role will require having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market and knowing competitive products and services. The selected candidate must also be an excellent communicator with customer service skills to manage relationships and reach desired goals. Working with the C-level team, the VP of Sales will align penetration strategies for different market segments, achieve short- and long-term goals that meet the company objectives. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and analytical VP of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily sales activities to growing the team and managing large clients.


Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, products, and sales strategies with the ability to develop and convey compelling value propositions to customers and build consensus across the organization. 
  • Cultivate network of strategic partnerships and key sales accounts by providing management, solution selling, product and service experience.
  • Shape and deliver on the strategy to build mindshare and the broad use of our product and service portfolio with the global strategic partners and customers.
  • Perform strategic planning goals, technical sales, negotiations, and customer contracts, building relationships with small-to-large enterprise firms, and working with partners to deliver unique and differentiated products.
  • Drive financial growth, business outcomes, and industry transformation to increase business opportunities and add value to our customers.
  • Monitor market evolution and competitor products and services, as well as review customers’ activities, anticipate their needs and improve their satisfaction.


Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related fields.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales with 20+ years of driving global initiatives in the ICT market or related fields. 
  • Experience in project management, including scope, deliverables, timeline, risk, budget, and building trusted relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of IT hardware equipment, including servers, network devices, data centers, telecom installations, cooling technologies integrated with software tools and associated go-to-market strategies and partner programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as customer service and management skills being familiar with ERP systems and CRM tracking software programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, therefore, ability to edit text documents, create templates, automate the creation of tables of content, create functions, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for remote customer engagements and planning meetings.
